Renowned sculptor Arun Yogiraj, hailing from Karnataka, has been receiving recognition as his crafted idol of 'Ram Lalla' is set to grace Ayodhya's Ram temple. Former Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa disclosed this news, triggering jubilation among Rama devotees in the state. The official announcement from the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teertha Kshetra trust is eagerly awaited, heightening the anticipation for this auspicious event. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to inaugurate the Ram temple on January 22, where the chosen idol will be unveiled during the 'nagar yatra' on January 17. Union Minister Pralhad Joshi also confirmed Yogiraj's idol selection. Yogiraj, known for his remarkable sculptures like Adi Shankaracharya's idol at Kedarnath and Subhash Chandra Bose's statue near India Gate, detailed the intricacies of sculpting 'Ram Lalla'. He emphasized the significance of infusing divinity into the child-like face, a challenge he embraced diligently over the past months. As the nation eagerly anticipates the historic inauguration of the temple, the possibility of Yogiraj's creation adorning the temple intensifies. Telangana Yoga Teacher Inspires Global Mindfulness Movement

In a remarkable display of dedication and passion, Satish Thota, a physical education teacher at Marpadaga Government High School in Telangana's Siddipet district, has made a profound impact on the world through his teachings of yoga. His efforts have earned him international recognition and praise, leading to the establishment of a global mindfulness movement. Satish's journey began with his relentless commitment to teaching yoga to his students on a daily basis. However, his influence extended far beyond the boundaries of his classroom. He organized yoga training camps in Siddipet and provided training to teachers from various schools and the general public as part of the Arogya Siddipet initiative. During the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, Satish went above and beyond by conducting online yoga classes for around five hundred NRIs located overseas. His dedication didn't stop there. Satish played a pivotal role in establishing the NRI Vasavi Association, which now boasts a membership of 250 people. Satish's remarkable achievements have earned him the prestigious National Best Technical Official Award by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. This recognition will be conferred upon him during the 37th National Games in Goa. His commitment to promoting yoga as an integral part of daily life led him to establish the Vyasa Maharshi Yoga Society in Siddipet, with the support of Minister Harish Rao. Approximately 50 students trained by Satish have actively participated in state and national-level yoga competitions and other sports events, showcasing the transformative power of yoga. Satish, along with his wife Sandhya, continues to advocate for yoga's inclusion in daily routines, emphasizing its manifold benefits.

Yogita Raghuvanshi is a woman on the move..literally! She crisscrosses the nation as she drives her truck to support her young kids. Yogita is the first female truck driver of India. She has studied law and has also done a course in dress design. You may wonder why she didn’t pursue a career in law. Yogita reveals that she was left in the lurch after her husband passed away. She had two young kids to look after and the profession of law entailed that she work under a senior lawyer for a few initial years and grow in the field. Yogita realized that she could earn instantly by driving trucks and the job provides greater stability. She believes that as India is growing at a fast pace, there will always be demand for truck drivers. When you break the gender stereotype, people begin to look at you differently. Yogita was on the receiving end of snide comments, hostile stares and much more. She took all challenges in her stride and overcame them to make a better future for herself and her family. Busting stereotypes, today Yogita is a role model for women. She has even been featured in a film by Shell India. In a landmark event, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today handed out 71,000 appointment letters to newly recruited candidates through video conferencing, marking a significant milestone in the government's mission to create more job opportunities across India. With a laser focus on employment generation, the Prime Minister also addressed the appointees, highlighting the incredible growth and expansion of various sectors that have resulted in the creation of countless new jobs. From the bustling ports sector to the thriving startup culture, India is experiencing an employment boom like never before, and the government is leading the charge. The government is working relentlessly to provide employment to the youth of the country. Today, over 70,000 youth received job offers in various departments of the central government. Moreover, the appointment letters were not limited to the railways, but also other government departments, organizations, and PSUs such as India Post, Revenue Department, State Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, among others. The Largest Bust Statue in the World – Adiyogi To Be Unveiled Tomorrow

The iconic Adiyogi sculpture at Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore has been attracting millions of people from all over the world. Now, the people of Chikkaballapur, a beautiful town near Bengaluru have a reason to cheer as the second 112-foot statue of Adiyogi (The Source of Yoga) will be unveiled at their place tomorrow. This time, the Vice President of India, Jagdeep Dhankar, will unveil the bust of Adiyogi in the presence of Sadhguru, the founder of the Isha Foundation, Basavaraja Bommai, the Chief Minister of the state, and other dignitaries. The event, according to the official announcement, is free to attend at a no-cost registration. The unveiling of Adiyogi will be followed by Adiyogi Divya Darshanam, a unique 14-minute light and sound spectacle that is projected onto the 112-foot Adiyogi. The awe-inspiring Adiyogi bust  has been designated by the Indian government's tourism ministry as one of the top tourist destinations in "Incredible India." The statue has been recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's "Largest Bust Sculpture." Beginning on January 15, the Chikkaballapura facility will provide guests with a unique experience through Adiyogi Divya Darshanam. Students from Isha Samskriti and the Sound of Isha will play at the inaugural event. The unveiling of the Adiyogi is a mega event that is garnering a lot of attention and attracting tourists from around the world.

India’s First State-of-Art Agri Mall Coming Up in Lucknow Will Be a Boon to Farmers

  The country’s first agro mall is set to come up in Lucknow's capital city under the state government's initiative led by  Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. With this move, farmers stand to gain as they will be able to sell their produce directly to consumers at a fair price. The agro mall will enable the farmers to brand their agricultural products and sell them at fair prices. The mall that is planned to be developed in Vikalp Khand of Gomtinagar, will facilitate the direct selling  of goods from farmers to customers. The program will also enable people to obtain fresh fruits and vegetables directly from agricultural lands, the UP government stated in a statement. According to The Print, a 7-storey agro mall would be built in Gomtinagar on about 8,000 square meters of land and it will be equipped with modern amenities. At the agro-mall, farmers and buyers will have access to many cutting-edge amenities. The mall will, among other things, include contemporary infrastructure, rest areas, and parking facilities for both farmers and customers. Additionally, state officials have been told to modify the Mandi Rules so that people can apply for a license to conduct e-auction of agricultural produce. The private sector will be given additional opportunities to participate thus increasing Mandi Parishad's revenue. According to state government authorities,  in addition to the agro mall, the UP government will take necessary steps to promote farmers' income levels through a variety of measures. The agro mall will go a long way in improving farmers' income and well-being.

Know More About the Country’s First Private Train ‘Tejas’

India’s first ‘private’ train run by IRCTC has started it’s commercial operations when it was flagged off from Lucknow by UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in the first week of October. The Lucknow – Delhi train will be the fastest on this route as it will reach Delhi 25 minutes earlier than Shatabdi which was until now the fastest train on this route. New Features The new IRCTC Tejas has a plane like feel with hospitable crew members, food, push-button feature in seats and infotainment service. The train has tea and coffee vending machines. One novel feature is the introduction of ramps so as to bridge the gap between the train and the platform facilitating passengers to alight easily. It is the first train to pay for any delay on an hourly basis. Passengers will also be provided with free insurance of Rs 25 lakhs. Number of Stops and Frequency The Tejas Express will have only two halts- Kanpur and Ghaziabad. The timings are so convenient that one can reach Delhi in the afternoon and return to Lucknow on the same day. It will run on all days of the week except Tuesday. With the success of this train, the Railways intend to hand over more of its operations to IRCTC and make way for private operators to run trains in India.

Title of the Guinness world’s largest bust has been acquired by the bust of ‘Adiyogi’ Lord Siva

India makes a new world record in the Guinness Book, as it gets announced onto their website. The bust of ‘Adiyogi’ Lord Shiva at the outskirts of Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu has entered the Guinness Book of World Records as the world’s largest bust made. The bust is at the Isha Yoga Foundation. It is 112.4 feet high, 24.99 metres wide and 147 feet long. The last verification for the same was done on March 11, 2017. The bust was unveiled by our honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 24, 2017. The bust was made by the Isha Foundation. Thousands of people visit the spot everyday. Isha Foundation is led by spiritual leader Jaggi Vasudev. The bust is made in the significance of the yogic knowledge provided to us by the Adiyogi. Adiyogi refers to originator of yoga. The bust signifies the source of Yoga and the 112 self-transformation methods offered by the Adiyogi. The foundation plans to build three more busts across the country. This is the second world record set up by the Foundation. First one was on October 17, 2006 when the Isha Foundation entered the Guinness Book of World Records by planting 8.52 lakh saplings.
