The iconic Adiyogi sculpture at Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore has been attracting millions of people from all over the world. Now, the people of Chikkaballapur, a beautiful town near Bengaluru have a reason to cheer as the second 112-foot statue of Adiyogi (The Source of Yoga) will be unveiled at their place tomorrow.
This time, the Vice President of India, Jagdeep Dhankar, will unveil the bust of Adiyogi in the presence of Sadhguru, the founder of the Isha Foundation, Basavaraja Bommai, the Chief Minister of the state, and other dignitaries. The event, according to the official announcement, is free to attend at a no-cost registration.
The unveiling of Adiyogi will be followed by Adiyogi Divya Darshanam, a unique 14-minute light and sound spectacle that is projected onto the 112-foot Adiyogi. The awe-inspiring Adiyogi bust has been designated by the Indian government's tourism ministry as one of the top tourist destinations in "Incredible India." The statue has been recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's "Largest Bust Sculpture."
Beginning on January 15, the Chikkaballapura facility will provide guests with a unique experience through Adiyogi Divya Darshanam. Students from Isha Samskriti and the Sound of Isha will play at the inaugural event. The unveiling of the Adiyogi is a mega event that is garnering a lot of attention and attracting tourists from around the world.
