This Women Fitness Team From Visakhapatnam Is A Motivation For People
In a time where diseases are increasing at an extensive rate, fitness must become an integral part of our life because exercising can help us lead a healthier lifestyle. Each one of us struggles every day to keep up with the nitty-gritty of life. But if all of us can take some time out of our busy schedules to exercise, getting rid of the stress won’t be difficult. And a Visakhapatnam fitness group tells us exactly why fitness is important. An all women-runners group was formed by Sheela Amrithraj, Sreelakshmi Ronanki, Poorvi Taunk, and Khushboo Chauhan. They started training for endurance after forming the team and are also going to participate in a half marathon which will take place in Visakhapatnam in November. The Hindu reported that Jyothirmayi Mukhthineni is the group’s running mentor who came across them at Pinkathon. A training plan has been designed for them which includes three days of run and three days of cross training. Jyothirmayi got back to fitness four years after giving birth to her daughter and with a lot of hard work and passion she lost 29 kilos. In a conversation with Hindu, she said: “There is so much to learn if one is serious about running - running posture, gait, right nutrition, suitable shoes, sleeping right, resting enough for muscle recovery, training and discipline.” Talking about Sheela, she is the mother of a 9-year-old. She had faced a lot of health problems but, she felt a great difference in her body after just one month of endurance running. No matter how stressed or busy you get in life, never skip exercising because it has the immense ability to enhance your immunity. This women team from Visakhapatnam is truly an inspiration for everyone out there. We hope they promote fitness among several people.
