Shubhankar Sharma Bags The First European Tour Title In Golf

The 21 year old Shubhankar Sharma bagged the European title only in his tenth event.  Shubhankar Sharma who has won five titles in the Professional Golf Tour of India, won the European Title on Monday.  Sharma is the fourth foreigner to win the European Tour Title. He lifted the trophy at Joburg Open at the Randpark Golf Club in Johannesburg, South Africa.  The 21 year old golf player beat the South African Erik van Rooyen by 3 points. Sharma's victory will give him a place in the 2018 British Open field in July at Carnoustie.
