Satish Nawale Becomes A Ray Of Light For Visually Challenged
Satish Nawale has overcome his disability to start his own radio channel. Besides being visually challenged, he holds a master degree in education and is one of the founder members of Advanced Technology Blind Student Learning Centre. Nawale tried his hand at various private radio stations, giving lectures from agriculture to education in science and mathematics. Despite his struggles, he was able to launch his own radio channel and has been awarded the ‘ Nirdhar Sanman’ award. The radio channel plays success stories, live news streaming and encourage and teach visually impaired people to take up media as a profession.
