The World's Smallest 1 TB USB Flash Drive Unveiled At CES
A prototype of the world's smallest 1 TB USB flash drive was unveiled at the CES 2018 by SanDisk. The slimmed down prototype embraces USB-C, instead of clinging to the past with USB 3.0, which means that you’ll be able to use it to directly transfer storage to, say, an Android phone in addition to computers. In other words, the new storage solution, which comes with a Type-C port, would allow users to directly connect the drive to smartphones. SanDisk also unveiled the world's smallest 256 GB USB flash drive with reported speeds of up to 130 MBps.
