Tell us about your restaurant’s theme While I was planning to start this restaurant, I wanted to offer place for the food lovers wherein they can come, enjoy their food in a beautiful ambience. Our restaurant is well known among the youngsters and also couple as we offer the best ambience for those who love candle light dinner. With candle lights and huts on the ground floor, our guest loves the ambience which we offer. What about the cuisine in your restaurant We offer North Indian, Chinese and continental cuisine. Most of the time guests visiting our restaurants like our special kebab and chicken dishes. We also offer Hukka, Sheesha which is loved by the youngsters visiting our restaurant, but we believe in offering best quality food. We also follow a code of conduct about not using any unnatural colours while preparing food and also do not use ajinomoto. We believe in serving organic food, therefore avoid any usage of unnatural ingredients in our dishes. What do you do to avoid food wastage? As a social responsibility, we request our guests not waste food and ask them to order only required quantity. We also make sure that whenever there is a part at our restaurant we ask them to serve themselves only the required amount to avoid wastage. Any FoodDosti app initiatives which you liked? Yes, I liked the option of tie-up between NGO where we can give away the food to the NGO. Instead of wasting food if the same food will help someone then surely it is a good move. Also, I liked the half portion initiative. Quantity in our restaurant is fairly more therefore if any single person is visiting is our restaurant then surely we offer them half portion and charge them accordingly. This helps in zero wastage. What do you think about the FoodDosti app? It is surely a good move that makes people understand the value of food and avoid any wastage.
