After 30 Years of Research, an Indian Scientist Develops a Breakthrough Device to Treat Cancer
There is good news as a breakthrough device developed by an Indian scientist for treatment of liver, pancreatic and breast cancer has got approval from the US Food and Drug Administration. Dr. Rajah Vijay Kumar invented the Cytotron which aids in tissue engineering of cancer cells. It alters the protein in cells to stop them from multiplying and spreading. Intensive Research Dr. Rajah Vijay Kumar spent 30 years of his life working on cellular pathways and interactions leading to the development of the Cytotron. The Bengaluru based scientist developed Cytotron at the Centre for Advanced Research and Development which is headquartered in Bhopal. Cytotron checks abnormally regenerating disorders and cause degeneration of the uncontrolled growth of tissues. Cytotron treatment leads to an extended life, pain relief and improves the quality of life of a cancer patient. Major Breakthrough Very rarely, does anyone come up with a breakthrough in the field of cancer treatment, so this medical invention is a great boon for cancer patients. To add to it, it is even rare for an Indian device to get breakthrough status in the US. The device will be made in India as there is hardly any part that needs to be imported. This breakthrough device which is the result of years of efforts spells relief for cancer patients in India. Image Source: CLICK NOW
