Happiness, as the saying goes, is a mental condition. We all want to be happy and are constantly looking for ways and means to make ourselves happy. However, most of the time, we delegate responsibility for our happiness to others. We want to assume that being happy requires spending time with people. While it is true that humans are sociable animals that require the presence of others, this does not imply that happiness can only be found in the company of others. Several times, all we need is a little isolation, time alone, and what they call "me time" to bring joy into our lives.
Unfortunately, being alone is associated with being lonely. We are taught from a young age that we must always be surrounded by people or risk becoming lonely and bored. We are educated to believe that living alone is not the best way to live. And if we live such a life, we may be perceived as a loner or recluse. So, if we want to be happy, we need to be among other people. Nothing could be further from the truth than this. I feel that learning to appreciate our own company is the finest thing we can do for ourselves because it is a step toward independence.

I also believe that when your happiness is in question, why should others be in charge of it? You want it, so you take control of it. Why should you look at others to make you happy? Look within yourself, do some soul-searching, and find ways to get to that happy state.
As Pearl S. Buck said, " Inside myself is a place where I live all alone, and that’s where I renew my springs that never dry up.”
This is such a powerful quote with so much truth in it. When we take a break from all external things, look inwards, and focus on ourselves, we discover ourselves and reinvent ourselves. We find the strengths that help us navigate our lives. There's no denying that if you don't connect with the individuals in the room, you might feel alone. It can be a complete waste of time for you to be there. On the other hand, if you spent that time with yourself, you could be doing something worthwhile and productive, which would greatly enrich your life.
Power Of Solitude ~ It's amazing how peaceful it can be to be on your own sometimes, and how much growth you can experience as a result. When you need a reminder about the power of solitude, use these quotes about being alone to help you reflect on how amazing it feels to be able to slow down and focus on your thoughts, without any outside competition for your full attention What does it mean to be by yourself? Spending time in your company is the result of being alone. It entails setting aside all other distractions, pausing, thinking, and engaging in some introspection. You'll be astonished at how this activity can reveal aspects of your personality and assist you in learning about topics, interests, and yourself that you may not have known about.
I think that life is lonely and that most of us will have to spend time alone at some point, so why not learn how to live alone and get ready for such times? Thus, it is highly recommended that you spend some time alone with yourself for the sake of your mental and emotional well-being as well as your peace of mind.
