"Dream, Dream, Dream! Conduct these dreams into thoughts, and then transform them into action."

I saw an old lady on my way home, her face looked familiar so I looked closer and realised she lived in my mom's neighbourhood society. I went down memory lane and recollected that she screamed at us whenever we would play and make noise. She had no children and couldn't stand us playing in the vicinity.
Sometimes when she was in a good mood she would offer us jamuns from the tree in her society. But we didn't take any as we were scared of her.
As children, our little mind cautioned us against her.
But that day I felt bad for her. She had become frail n weak. I went up to her n spoke to her. She didn't recollect who I was but smiled n blessed me. Her eyes spoke of her loneliness which we never understood as children.
Isn't it strange that we judge a person by his behaviour without understanding the reason behind it. There is always a reason why a person behaves in a certain way and if viewed from his or her perspective it seems so justifiable. But we have a power we seldom use, the power to understand, accommodate and love....perhaps it may change their behaviour towards us and it may change our outlook towards them too...isn't it...
