Dubai will soon get a full moon! According to plans put out by Canadian architectural firm and intellectual property owner Moon World Resorts Inc., Moon Dubai, a 5 billion dollar destination resort shaped like a celestial body, may be built in Dubai (MWR).
Dubai is home to the tallest skyscraper in the world- Burj Khalifa and now it is all set to add another attraction, Moon World Resort - a moon-shaped resort with out-of-the-world features. The huge architectural wonder which is planned to be over 200 meters high with a 600-meter circumference will appear as if the moon itself has been placed in Dubai.
The opulent lunar complex is intended to induce an experience that is somewhat comparable to being on the moon itself. Moon Dubai, once built, is anticipated to boost the economy of the Emirate in fields like hospitality, entertainment, attractions, education, technology, the environment, and space tourism.
The Moon will serve as a training ground for astronauts from numerous space agencies, focusing on cutting-edge engineering, architecture, design, and technology.
Visitors to Moon Dubai can soak in the luxury of various amenities such as the spa and wellness section, nightclub, event center, global meeting place, lounge and an in-house "moon shuttle," of which details are yet to be revealed. So now we can soon boast of a Moon on Earth!
