Every morning villagers of Bhanakpur in Faridabad district, Haryana stand up in patriotic fervor to sing the national anthem together.Loudspeakers have been arranged to air the national anthem daily.
The sarpanch of the village took a cue from Jammikunta village in Telangana which became the first village in the country to do so. He learnt about it on television and was inspired to replicate the same in his village. Subsequently, 22 CCTV cameras and 20 loudspeakers, were arranged and the control room has been set up at the house of the village sarpanch.
