The smashing achievement came hot on the heels of Satwik and his partner Chirag Shetty's glorious triumph at the Indonesia Open Super 1000. Surprisingly, the 565 km/h speed even surpassed the top speed of 372.6 km/h recorded by a Formula 1 car.

To ensure the authenticity of the feat, the world record attempts were meticulously verified by official judges from the Guinness World Records. On April 14, 2023, Satwik's extraordinary smash took place in a controlled environment at the Yonex factory gymnasium in Soka, Saitama, Japan.
