Soon, Pune railway station will be no less than an art exhibition centre. With the works of 50 artists all set to be displayed at various corners of Railway station, visiting this station will soon be a worthwhile.
This is first of its kind of project that aims to beautify the railway station. different paintings of trains, train operations and nature of Pune city will be installed at different spots on Pune railway station. The work has been undertaken by Pune Railway Station and Pune Division office. There will also be few abstract paintings by well known artists. Cartoons giving the message of cleanliness will also be a part of this beatification project of Pune Railway station.
As it is on of its kind project, the railway station hopes that other cities railway station also gets an idea of beautifying their station with such creative way.
Most of the time. railway stations are the places where people end up spending time to wait for their train. IF such exhibit is provided then surely the wait will be a fruitful wait at the same time, such paintings in and around the station will make sure that students keep the place clean.
