Stepping Towards Some Major Initiatives!
~ The plantation site, Revati Range, was divided into 9 Zones and 100 sub~zones. The Mega plantation drive was monitored through 100 cameras. It took around 46 days for the administration to prepare for this drive.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah planted a seedling as part of the "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam" campaign earlier in the day. In honor of World Environment Day on June 5, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam" campaign. About 140 crore trees will be planted as a result of this campaign nationwide, with 5.5 crore of those being planted in Madhya Pradesh, which Shah referred to as the "lungs of Bharat." 51 lakh saplings will be planted as part of this initiative in Indore, which has been named the nation's cleanest city by the Swachh Survekshan, according to officials. The BSF Academy's Revati Range, which was split into nine zones and 100 sub-zones, served as the site of the plantation drive. This entire campaign was his concept that inspired people to plant trees for the benefit of their mothers and the world. Nobody could have predicted when our honorable Prime Minister launched this campaign that it would turn into a movement of the people. People are honoring their mothers and the earth today by planting saplings in connection with this campaign, Shah said, adding that the tree-planting movement is a suitable response to climate change.
