Another innovative way of using muskmelon seeds instead of throwing them away... Rinse the seeds and dry them. In a pan, roast them in ghee on a low flame. Make a thick sugar syrup, add 1 tbsp milk, desiccated coconut and mix these seeds in it. Grease a wide plate & pour this mixture on it. Make square cuts, Yummy Chikkis are ready to eat.
