The first all women restroom was built by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation recently. The toilet has different rooms for senior citizens and a room for changing baby diapers.
The toilet also has a vending machine to provide sanitary pads to women as a cheaper price. Disposal machines will be installed soon.
This toilet was built in the Tulsiwada area of Mumbai Central. The toilet will be inaugurated soon by the Mayor Vishwanath Mahadeshwar and Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray, along with his son Aditya Thackeray.
