A mother and her son were shopping at a discount store when a stranger overheard their conversation. Mason noticed a boy and his mom and overheard the mother telling her son he could use $20 and no more to buy new shoes.
As the boy, Zach was picking out different shoes to try on, Mother Malisa Manguso was telling him that money was tight and that he should choose wisely. Mason was very moved by this and he decided to buy shoes for the boy. He knew that it was that time of the year when school reopens and budget is usually tight.
Mason went up to the boy and asked him what type of shoes he preferred. The boy replied that he just wanted anything that was comfortable. At that point, Mason decided that he was going to get him whichever shoes he wanted. Zach couldn’t be happier.
Zach’s mom was pleasantly surprised at this incredible act of kindness from a total stranger. So she took a photo of Mason with her son and posted it on Facebook which soon garnered thousands of likes and became viral which goes to prove that people are always touched and moved by simple acts of kindness.
