"Dream, Dream, Dream! Conduct these dreams into thoughts, and then transform them into action."

About three decades ago, the tourism in small town of Dooagh on Achill Island in Ireland depended on its beautiful beach.
Everything was well till the beach got washed away in 1984 due to nature’s fury as storms hit the sands. It left only puddles and harsh rocks in the place of the beach. Since then, the influx of tourists too stopped. It badly affected the local economy, too.
But as suddenly as beach had disappeared, it has also returned the same way, in the month of April 2017. During April, a strange cold snap affected the island. It brought a strong wind accompanied by a tide from the direction of north. This resulted in hundreds of thousands of tons of sand being washed up to the shore. This once more recreated the 300-meter stretch of beach, as reported by the media.
Thus, the locals were only too happy to get back the beach they missed for more than three decades.
The beach’s surprise return is drawing visitors from not only neighborhood towns but also from around the country. The island residents are expecting that the beach will get the special Irish eco-certification in the form of blue-flag inspection by next year.
The incident once again brings to fore the fact that, no matter what human beings think, the nature has its own way of going about the things worldwide!
